Kaja Abbas

Ms. Johnson is a public health researcher with the New York State Department of Health.  Her primary areas of interest focus on performance management and quality improvement, organizational change, and the economic evaluation of public health programs.  She currently works with the New York State Practice-Based Research Network studying the cost-effectiveness of HIV and STD Partner Services strategies in state and local health departments. Ms. Johnson is a recent graduate of the University at Albany School of Public Health, with an MPH in Public Health Policy, Management, and Behavior.
